Best price guarantee offer expires 12/31/09, and is subject to change at any time. Best price guarantee is only available in geographical areas that Credo Energy™ services. Competitor’s offer must be in writing for the same day that you completed the Credo Energy online cost analyses page and include all possible fees, terms and conditions, such as the length of the contract, minimum and maximum power usage limits, price per kilowatt hour, set up fees, application fees, annual fees, early termination fees, early cancelation fees, monthly statement fees, customer service fees, have the same start date, and all other possible fees. The intent of the low cost guarantee description is to ensure that the competitive price comparison and guarantee are a fair reflection of costs to the business over the course of a year, or the full length of the contract if the businesses existing agreement is over one year. Retail Electric Providers can price their services differently requiring the following process. Every business needs to provide a complete schedule of fees from a verifiable competitor to take advantage of our guarantee. If any fees are not stated clearly, we may ask that the business and Retail Electric Provider provide the information. We can not honor the guarantee if we are not provided with all requested information. When comparing costs, we will include all fees. We will project these costs based upon the businesses prior twelve month historical electrical power usage. The business must sign the Letter Of Authorization For The Request Of Historical Usage Information for the TDSP to send Credo Energy the historical usage information for the price guarantee. Upon Credo Energy honoring the guarantee, the business has 5 business days to complete the Retail Electric Providers Account Application. If the merchant does not complete the application within this time, Credo Energy retains the right to void the guarantee. Credo Energy Corporation will not be required to beat any subsequent offers presented by the same business or business owner/manager. The low cost guarantee will be dependent on the business being approved for an electricity account through one of Credo Energy’s Retail Electric Provider business partners. Program rules may be changed at any time without notice. Other restrictions, terms and conditions (including limits on customer and product eligibility) may apply.
